Your responsibilities include:
Optimize our manufacturing processes for the production of photomasks from an integrative perspective. As part of a global network of experts you will develop technical solutions and support our customers in the semiconductor industry in manufacturing high-quality and competitive products. Your varied range of tasks include:
- You are responsible for the process of manufacturing and monitoring mask material (“blanks” – substrate and coating)
- You will develop and document procedures for the mask material process
- You are responsible for cross-departmental monitoring of the production with regard to the required product properties
- You carry out data-based analyses of process behavior and actual / target deviations
- You will work closely with those responsible for the individual processes and IT to implement cross-departmental projects in the data-driven continuous improvement process (CIP)

Your field of activity as a Purchasing Analyst covers the entire purchasing process for production tools, materials and services:
- You will prepare contracts and conduct contract negotiations, including order processing. You will get technical input from the specialist department.
- You will evaluate your suppliers annually together with the specialist departments. This also includes driving forward the continuous development of suppliers.
- You will maintain relationships with our key suppliers based on a collaborative and trusting cooperation.
- You will screen and analyze markets, offers and potential new suppliers (internationally, our focus is on the USA and Japan).
- You will report on the performance, risks and measures of your suppliers to all management levels. Ad-hoc briefings to specialist departments and management are also regularly relevant.
