    Manager IT (f/m/d) Operations & Infrastructure

    Would you like to take up the challenge of working in an innovative, goal-oriented environment of an internationally operating company? If so, our company is the right address! You are responsible for an efficient and effective IT infrastructure. You manage a team of IT engineers and work closely with our project managers, Engineering and Production teams. Thus, you make an essential contribution to producing advanced photomasks for our customers in the semiconductor industry.

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Ensuring and further developing the operation of an efficient and high-quality IT infrastructure as well as key services
    • Managing a team of ca. 7 IT professionals including disciplinary and technical leadership as well as technical and methodical development
    • Responsibility for monitoring and reporting in a 24x7 environment
    • Contributing to the ongoing transformation to an agile DevOps structure
    • Initiating and coordinating IT projects in close cooperation with the departments
    • Contributing to the introduction and assurance of compliance with IT and data security guidelines, standards and controls

    Your profile:

    • As a successful candidate, you have a university degree in computer sciences or engineering with an IT focus
    • You possess at least five years of professional experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry, as well as initial personnel management experience
    • You have a wide knowledge of IT infrastructure, Linux, Windows, network, cyber-security, (Git)DevOps methods and tools and M365 services
    • You possess a very structured working style and strong project management skills
    • You demonstrate good communication skills both in German and English
    • A sound knowledge of and experience with manufacturing processes, customer interaction as well as business process and technology management complete your profile

    Your profile:

    Engineering Manager (m/f/d) - Front End of Line

    Would you like to take up the challenge of working in an innovative, goal-oriented environment of an international company? If so, our company is the right address! As a member of our engineering management team, you will be responsible for the successful production and development of new technologies. As manager of our Front End of Line department, you will work closely with our engineering and production teams. In this way, you will make a decisive contribution to the production of state-of-the-art photolithography masks for our customers in the semiconductor industry.

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Management and further development of the engineering module in the front end of line group (mask manufacturing process lithography, etching)
    • Direct supervision and development of department managers as well as overall technical responsibility for approximately 20-30 employees
    • Responsibility for planning and managing projects in line with AMTC's business strategy and the technology strategies of the parent companies
    • Responsibility for achieving performance indicators, process quality and their continuous improvement
    • Strategic orientation of the group: roadmap development, process and cost optimization
    • Close cooperation with internal partners, customers, and international partner sites
