    Director Engineering (m/f/d)

    Become a member of our team and be responsible for the success of our production and the development of future technologies in order to deliver high-end masks at world-class quality and at fast turnaround times to our customers in the semiconductor industry. As Director of our Engineering department you are responsible for the operational and strategic performance of our single process modules. You report directly to the General Manager.

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Overall coordination of the engineering Front End of Line, Back End of Line, Integration and Intellectual Property including responsibility for budgets and costs.
    • Direct technical contact for and interface to partner companies.
    • Personnel and technical responsibility for up to 90 engineering employees.
    • Ensuring utmost process stability of all engineering processes for our production including continuous improvement activities.
    • Close cooperation with AMTC supplier companies.
    • Development and support of internal engineering strategies (roadmap) and corresponding alignment with the partner companies.
    • Coordination of the evaluation and implementation of new production tools and processes within short periods of time and at high quality.

    Process Engineer (m/f/d) - Inspection

You will support our zero-defect commitment by supporting the production line of one of the most advanced photomask manufacturers in the world. You are responsible for our high-end inspection tool park, including some of the world’s most advanced defect detection systems. You work together in close cooperation with our customers and partners to support them in producing high-quality and competitive microprocessors, logic and memory products.

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Installation and qualification of a new tool for the inspection of state-of-the-art EUV masks.
    • Process control and monitoring as well as continuous process improvement to reduce cycle time and optimize the usage of high-cost machine time.
