The Advanced Mask Technology Center GmbH & Co. KG (AMTC) is a joint venture of GLOBALFOUNDRIES and Toppan Photomasks, Inc. With the AMTC, a world-leading centre for the development and production of photolithography masks was established in Dresden in 2002. This kind of technology alliance of leading semiconductor companies, cooperating in the development and production of photolithography masks, as in the AMTC is unique.

By providing photomasks of the latest generation, the AMTC enables its customers to strengthen and expand their technological leadership. The high-quality product portfolio features photomasks for use in both 193nm dry and immersion lithography for single and multiple exposures as well as EUV lithography.
Over 320 employees from all over the world, in all specialist areas and at all qualification levels, work at the AMTC. They work closely with experts from partner organizations and scientists from various research and university institutions to successfully meet the high technological demands of mask production.
