We produce photomasks on a total area of 30,000 square metres, 365 days a year and 24 hours a day. We currently employ , more than 320 people and the number is rising. Our team is made up of 45% production staff, 30% engineers and IT experts and 25% other specialists.

Over the past 10 years, we have doubled our number of staff. This steady growth brings new expertise to our campus.

The AMTC, with its location in Saxony, has evolved into a state-of-the-art, globally active manufacturing site for mask production. Its technologies range from 250nm to 12nm and include the production of EUV masks. The Advanced Mask Technology Center is the technologically leading mask house in Europe.
